Crochet Self Care

When I get stuck into something I am crocheting I can be at it for hours. This can make my hands a bit sore, but I have learn a few stretches that really help.

I stretch my fingers and thumbs one by one by pulling them back slightly and holding it for a few seconds. I stretch each finger and thumb a few times.

Then I stretch all my fingers at once by pulling them back slightly and holding it for a few seconds. I also do this a few times. I find it really stretches out my wrists and forearms. I find they can also get a bit tight with that level of constant crocheting.

Lastly I shake my hands out.

Doing these stretches allows me to be able to carry on crocheting as well as making my hands and wrists feel good.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to chatting with you again soon. Charlie
