Keeping Your Hands Toasty

Come winter time if my hands are feeling cold I put on a pair of wrist warmers. They are great because my hands are kept warm and I can still use my fingers. This is a bonus for me as I can still crochet and do other things that require fine finger coordination.

All the wrist warmers that I have patterns for are worked flat and sewn up when done. They all have a right and a left and are all variations on a theme. The portion of the wrist warmer that sits on the palms of the hands is the same throughout, what differs is the combination of stitches, to make different patterns on the back of the hand.

All that remains is for you to decide if you like a holey look, a lacy look, or a “V” look.

You could of course make a pair in every colour to suit your mood and wardrobe.
